Product Description
This single bag filter housing does not contain metal components that can cause rust, corrosion or contamination of the process media,making it an ideal choice for pollution sensitive or severely corrosive applications.
Filter bag size is standard.
Integrated molding,no welding point,zero leakage,smooth inner walleasy and quick replacement of consumables,imported PPH materials.
High temperature and corrosion resistance.Various specifications can be integrated in to various industry filtration systems.
The upper cover can be opened easily by holding the handles on both sides.
The upper cover can be matched with pressure gauge and various variable sensors.
It can install protection switch no monitor the status of upper cover,especially in integrated system and special liquid filter pipeline,effectively preventing the risk of manually starting the fluid driven equipment when the upper cover is not screwed.
The upper cover is designed with two layers of structure.the inner cover plate is vertically flat presssed,when the outer cover is screwed,it will not cause friction and local extrusion to the sealing ring,so the sealing performance is excellent.
there is also a sealing design between the outer wall of the upper opening of the basket and the inner wall of the shell.under the compression of the pressure ring,a 360 degree seal is formed between the filter bag and the shell.
