High-Pressure Valves Carbon Steel Anti-Corrosion Paint 2.55 kv horizontal vacuum pump
HBE liquid-ring vacuum pump is an energy-saving product developed by our company, and is used to pump gas which carries no solids undissovled or just slightly dissovled in working liquid, to form vacuum and pressure in the closed container. The characteristics of this series product are as following:
As the result of the flexible valve provided in the outlet to adjust the discharge angles, the pump can work efficiently at different suction conditions.
Using an automatic discharge valve, the liquid level can be controlled well to prevent over-load start-up.
The roating parts of the pump do not contact each other in the working chamber. Axial and radial load is borne by different bearings, being stable, safe and reliable.
There is observation hole on the side cover, pump's corrosive and scaling conditions can be observed through the hole, it is easy to maintain.
The working process us close to isothermal compression, particularly suitable for the delivery of falammable and explosive gases.
There are packing seal and mechanical seal two kinds of structures to meet the needs of the different seals.
The impeller and shaft adopt thermal intrference fit, with reliable performance and smooth operation.
By changing materials of the wetted parts in contact with the medium, the pumps can transfer the corrosive gases or meet the anti-corrosion requirements under the working condition with corrosive liquids as working fluid.

Usage of IFK Series Plastic lining Centrifugal Pump
These pumps are designed to convey various kinds of clear liquid such as acid, alkali, salt and oil etc or slurry. They can replace 316L, monel alloy, hastelloy, titanium and high alloy stainless steel and ultra-low carbon stainless steel etc in the medium lower than 175. Their design conforms to ISO 5199 standard.

The order related tests, confirm the performance of pump conform.
The company carries out the tests below as standard:
Hydrostatic pressure test:
Hydrostatic pressure test based on clean water at ambient temperature,test pressure is 1.5 times on design pressure.
Performance test:
Measurement according to ISO9906,accuracy class∥,acceptance class2B.
NPSH test:
According to ISO5199 standard.
Vibration test:
According to ISO5199,vibration lightness level is controlled at class A.
Temperature test:
Test the temperature rise of bearing,and keep records.
Raw material inspect:
Spare and casting parts inspection,to ensure the reliability of the whole machinery.
